Pour la deuxième année consécutive, le groupe d'analystes Taneja Group a nommé VMware leader de la gestion du cloud d'entreprise. VMware obtient les meilleures notes pour ses offres d'automatisation et de gestion de Cloud on-premise ou Cloud public.
Le rapport, publié en décembre, compare VMware à d'autres fournisseurs de suite de gestion du Cloud comme Microsoft, ServiceNow ou RedHat et de logiciel seul comme RightScale et Turbonomic
